Diary by Corinne Day

In keeping with my current love of all things 90s, I came across these images I've had on my desktop for a while.

They're part of a collection of photographs taken by Corinne Day, which make up her book, Diary. Obviously, all very personal, and often depressing and sad as we see one of the main figures, Tara, growing up with drugs and becoming a young mum.
Most, if not all of the photos were taken in the 90s.

Alongside all of this, I've gone from 90s R&B, to 90s Hip Hop, and now to 90s Trip Hop, mainly Portishead, Massive Attack, Tricky and Bjork. Portishead- Dummy is a great album, although not the best thing to listen to if you're already feeling suicidal.

I thought this went quite well with the mood of the photos..
